I didn't get my sign-in code
Codes come from updater@mail.keronlabs.com and expire after 10 minutes. Check your spam folder, then request a new code.
My video won't import
Keep the recording under 60 seconds and scroll slowly so each photo stays on screen for 2 to 3 seconds. You can also skip the video and upload photos directly.
Why wasn't my close-up edited?
We never edit close-ups of faces. Photo edits only apply to wider half-body and full-body shots.
Deleting your account
Open the account menu and choose Delete account. Your profile, photos and sign-in records are erased immediately. See the privacy policy.
